The village Kranenburg lies on the Lower Rhine in the northwest part of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, in the district Kleve in region Düsseldorf. It is situated on the Dutch border near Nimwegen.
SightsThe mill tower is a part of ancient fortification and it is an important part of the historic town center of Kranenburg. It was built as part of the city walls with a total of 9 towers in 1400.
