Privlaka is a village in northern Dalmatia in southern Zadar in Croatia. It lies 18 kilometers north of of the city Zadar.

The oldest city in Croatia, Nin, is located 5.5 km. It has 2988 inhabitants and is a popular place for tourism and fishing. The most holiday families come mainly from Germany, Austria and Italy.

Popular for tourists is the large sandy beach in Privlaka, which attracts guests with its beach bars. Shallow water mud is considered to be good medicine for chronic diseases such as rheumatism, arthritis or asthma.

Gornji Karin is a village above the bay Karinskog plague. Administratively belongs to the district Obrovac in Croatia.

Besides the river Karišnica flows through Gornji Karin also stream Bijela Rijeka (White River). According to some reports, in Roman times there was building of an amphitheater for holding gladiatorial games. In Gornji Karin and surroundings there are several sights. One of them is a river Kraka canyon and waterfalls of Bijela Rijeka, as well as the Franciscan monastery, a natural mud and National Park.

Zadar is a city in Croatia on the Adriatic Sea. It is the centre of Zadar county and the wider northern Dalmatian region.

Zadar is a historical center of Dalmatia as well as the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Zadar. Zadar is the fifth largest city in Croatia and the second largest in Dalmatia. Zadar gained its urban structure in Roman times; during the time of Julius Caesar and Emperor Augustus, the town was fortified and the city walls with towers and gates were built.

On the western side of the town were the forum, the basilica and the temple, while outside the town were the amphitheatre and cemeteries. The aqueduct which supplied the town with water is partially preserved. Inside the ancient town, a medieval town had developed with a series of churches and monasteries being built. Paklenica National Park  is situated about 47 km northeast from Zadar and is good known for two canyons.
