Vohenstrauss is a town in the Upper Palatinate, in the district Neustadt an der Waldnaab. The town is located in the front Upper Palatinate Forest, about 17 km southeast of Weiden in der Oberpfalz.
SightsThe city has two museums. Vohenstrauss City Museum and the Museum of gems. You will find the castle Friedrichsburg and the castle Waldau.
