Spa and ski resortBraunlage is a spa and winter sports resort surrounded by the Harz National Park at an altitude of 550 m above sea level. Museum of Skiing and home (FIS-Skimuseum) provides information about local history, as well as about the development of skiing in general and specifically in the Harz region. Braunlage is a major ski resort in the Harz Mountains.
