Les Dunes du Médoc is a resort featuring a garden and a solarium with an outdoor swimming pool. It is located in the city of Soulac-sur-Mer, in the Aquitaine region. All rooms feature a kitchenette fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator, and also feature a balcony. Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Dunes du Médoc is ideally situated 300 metres from the beach and 1 km from the town centre. The famous vineyards of Medoc and Margaux are also nearby. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation. For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability. The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April to September. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated during the month of April, May and September. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Baked goods can be delivered at the reception by placing an order the evening before. A bakery menu is available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
