Information about Estivel - Résidence Le Domaine des Sables

This residence is ideally located, just 800 metres from the beach and 1 km from the city centre. Set in a garden, it has an outdoor pool with sun terrace. Le Domaine Des Sables offers apartments and little houses, all featuring a telephone and a living room with sofa. They also have a bathroom with bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests can relax with a drink at the bar, or on the outdoor terrace with wooden furniture. The reception provides free Wi-Fi access and tourist information. There is a paddling pool next to the swimming pool, and table tennis facilities are available. In July and August, guests can take part to some activities and animations. Many activities are possible within a 30 to 50 km radius, such golf and water sports. There is also a Spa centre nearby. The residence Des Sables has a free public parking on site and a bike shed.

Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 15:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque. This amount will be released on your account upon check-out or the cheque will be returned within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.
