Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 14,25 per day. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 800, to be charged in the case of damages. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
