Information about Coucourelle

This house is built in 2005 and is situated in a 2.5 ha park. 4000 m2 of the park is fenced and reserved for guests villa Mas Coucourelle. There is an outdoor swimming pool with built-in steps, ( 15 x 5 m, depth 150 cm), opened from 15.03 to 11.11. The poolhouse has a shower with a separate toilet. The pool has also an electric cover. It is possible to play table tennis. In the house there is air conditioning and an alarm. A house maid is available on request for an additional cost. There is private parking in the grounds. In the house you will find facilities like satellite-TV, DVD, wireless internet, air conditioning, dryer, safe and a washing machine. The open living/dining room has exit to the swimming pool and to the partly covered terrace of 400 m2 with terrace furniture, gas barbecue and deck chairs. You are allowed to bring max. 1 dog with you. Within 2 km you can find several shops and restaurants. Please note that a car is essential. You have access to the house via an electric gate. There is a house by the entrance to the park which is occupied by the caretakers.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
