Information about Mas le Cailletier

Villa Mas le Cailletier has 2 levels, is built in 2005 and situated in the countryside, within grounds of 50 hectares amongst orchards and fruit trees. Grounds of 4000 m2 is fenced with lawn, the private outdoor swimming pool with built-in steps (15 x 5 m, depth 150 cm) is heated from 15.03 to 11.11. The pool has an electric cover. There is a pool house with shower, separate toilet and table tennis. In the house is air conditioning and alarm. House maid is available on request for an additional cost. There are four bikes available. In the house you will find facilities like satellite-TV, DVD, air conditioning, dryer, a safe, washing machine and wireless internet. The open living/dining room has exit to the swimming pool and the partly covered terrace of 400 m2 with terrace furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. There is a garage in the grounds for two cars and you are allowed to bring max. 1 dog with you. Within 2 km you can find several shops and restaurants. Please note that a car is essential. Access to the house goes via an electric gate. There is a house at the entrance to the park which the caretakers live in.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
