Information about Can Marquesi

Located in Mallorca’s Tramuntana Mountains, Can Marquesi features a spacious terrace with great valley views. This villa is 10 minutes’ drive from Lluc Monastery and 25 minutes’ drive from Pollença Beach. This air-conditioned, rustic villa has 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The lounge has a fireplace, sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a washing machine. There is a lush garden with a table tennis. There are many fantastic hiking routes in the mountains around Can Marquesi. The city of Inca is 15 km away, and you can drive to Palma de Mallorca and its airport in around 40 minutes. You can find good hiking and cycling roads in the nearby countryside.

Please note that electricity is not included in the price from 1 September to 15 June. In this period only, electricity will be charged as follows: - EUR 50 per week for 2 people. - EUR 65 per week for 4 people. - EUR 85 per week for 6 people. Please note that Can Marquesi is not accessible by public transport. During July and August, guests have a discount on the use of the Lluc Monastery pool, located a 10-minute drive from the property. Please note the deposit, and the outstanding amount of the reservation, must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please inform Can Marquesi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
