Information about Hotel am Paradies

This small, friendly and family-run hotel borders on the Paradies Park, a short walk from the centre of Jena. Hotel am Paradies is 100 metres from Jena Paradies Train Station. All ground-level rooms at the 1-star-Superior Hotel am Paradies are individually furnished with a modern and functional design. Each room includes a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom, and some have a desk and seating area. Free WiFi and a bottle of mineral water are included in the rate. Hotel am Paradies is a 2-minute walk from the city centre, near the downtown area and the historical city, including the university, various shops, restaurants and beautiful sights. For a small charge, guests are offered a small breakfast including fresh rolls, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruits, juices, tea and of course a strong coffee. Cafés and restaurants offering German, Asian and Italian cuisine are just a 5-minute walk away. It is 5 minutes drive to the A4 motorway and the cities of Weimar and Erfurt are both under a 30-minute drive away. 24-hour reception is not offered at the property, however, members of staff are available upon request around the clock.

Please note the hotel is located in the Villa am Paradies building which is sometimes used as a music and event venue. It is especially common on Saturdays that events take place inside the building which means some noise can be expected. Hotel guests receive free entrance to public events in the building, and a drinks voucher. Parking lots can be used by guests until 14:00 on the day of departure. Please note there is no reception as the hotel only has 10 rooms. The preferred check-in time is between 15:00 and 18:00. If you expect to arrive outside these times, please inform the hotel in advance to arrange a suitable check-in time. On arrival, you just have to ring a bell next to the entrance door and a friendly member of staff will attend to you within 3 minutes. Late arrivals need to be confirmed in advance. A small breakfast is available for EUR 5.00 between 07:30 and 10:00 from Mondays to Fridays, and between 08:00 and 11:00 at weekends. Children up to 12 years get free breakfast. An extra bed can be accommodated in all room categories. Please inform Hotel am Paradies in advance of your expected arrival time.
