The LED TV has international satellite channels. The Stemann villas have a kitchen with a hob, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. The dining room has great ocean views. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Electricity at the villas is generated by solar power. Finca Stemann has a garden with subtropical plants and there is a table tennis table. Staff can arrange discounted car rental, including transport to and from the airport. Located 2 km away, the village of Chío offers a range of shops and restaurants. The beach at Playa de San Juan is 15 minutes’ drive from the property, and you can drive to Teide National Park in 20 minutes. Tenerife Sur Airport is 25 minutes’ drive away, and an airport shuttle service is available on request.
