Information about Catalonia Barcelona Plaza

Situated opposite Arenas Shopping Centre in Barcelona’s Plaza España, Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza has a seasonal rooftop pool and terrace with 360º views of the city. It offers a fitness room, beauty salon and free Wi-Fi. Espanya Metro Station is outside the hotel. There are also many bus stops on the square providing guests with easy access to the city, the Fira and Barcelona Airport. All rooms feature air conditioning, free WiFi and satellite TV. The marble bathroom comes complete with a hairdryer. The Filigrana Restaurant at Catalonia Barcelona Plaza serves Catalan cuisine with local produce. The Gourmet Corner offers food until late and there is also a Japanese restaurant, Kurai. The swimming pool is open from Easter until October. Please note that only dogs and cats under 20 kg are allowed in the hotel and upon prior request. A supplement of EUR 10 per night per pet will be applied; and a deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 cannot access the spa. Please note, guests can book breakfast with city views at the property's terrace at a cost of EUR 30 per person. Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 12:00 and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance at reception.
