Well located for London’s West End, this Townhouse hotel is close to Earl's Court and a 2-minute walk from the Tube. The rooms are Individually decorated and come with a flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and a continental breakfast is included in the rate. Mayflower’s spacious apartments are a 5-minute walk from the hotel, offering natural wood floors and kitchen areas for self catering. The apartments are spread over 4-floors and are accessible by stairs. A continental breakfast at the hotel is also included in the apartment rate. Kensington High Street’s famous shops are a 10-minute walk away, with the renowned Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums, Harrods and King's Road just 15 minutes' journey by Tube from nearby Earls Court Station.

Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled without full stay charge. Otherwise, a 3-day cancellation policy applies to hotel rooms and 14-day policy applies to apartments. Early check out, no show or amendment is on the same terms as above. If the reservation is non-refundable the card will be charged for the full stay amount prior to arrival. For other reservations, the credit card provided will be pre-authorised for the total stay amount 9 days prior to your arrival. This will block that amount on your card for 10 days, whereafter the amount will be released back to the card. When you arrive at the hotel you will not yet have paid for your stay. Payment is due on arrival. Should you decide to pay with the same card that was used to guarantee your booking, and was preauthorised, the amount blocked will be automatically put towards the amount charged. Non-UK credit card holders only: Where available, the GBP amount will be converted to your ‘home’ card currency and processed through our credit card machine. You will benefit from a competitive exchange rate (not a ‘tourist’ rate) and the satisfaction of knowing the exact amount that will be shown on your card statement without incurring any additional currency conversion fees normally levied by your card issuer. If you would prefer to be charged in GBP, please specify this in your comments at the time of booking as we are unable to reverse charges afterwards. All guests checking in will be asked to present their ID which must be matching the name on the reservation. If the reservation is prepaid guests will be asked to provide the card that was used for the payment. If you know that you will not have the card on you you must organise for an email to be sent to the hotel ahead of check-in authorising you to stay under that card, and quoting the card details. The outdoor, gated car park is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Due to limited availability, each space must be reserved directly with the hotel, and a confirmation in writing is to be obtained. Standard sized vehicles accepted only (no vans). Parking operates from midday to midday, and the daily charge is applied on these times. Car keys must be left with the Front Desk at all times. "Standard Double" rooms were renamed to "Small Double" rooms at the end of August 2016, as part of the property's ongoing review of marketing. Guests who booked a Standard Double before the change of name of the room type should rest assured that there has been no change to the room they booked, only to the name of the room. The size of the room remains 9 square meters, with a small double bed accessible from one side etc. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
