Regensburg is the capital city of the Upper Palatinate and seat of Government of Upper Palatinate and seat of the chief administrative officer of the district Regensburg. Since 13 July 2006 is the Old Town of Regensburg with Stadtamhof in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Regensburg is located at the most northern point of the Danube river and the inflow of the rivers Naab and Regen leftside in Bavaria. In the city there are two islands of the Danube, the Lower and the Upper Wöhrd.

Bad Salzschlirf is a spa town in the district Fulda in the eastern Hessen. Bad Salzschlirf is located on the northeastern edge of the low mountain range Vogelsberg, in the Schlitz River Valley. In the Bad Salzschlirf you can invite many sports and recreational activities. You will find beautifully preserved half-timbered houses, narrow streets, romantic Art Nouveau buildings and also a park with old trees. Nice cafes and guesthouses invite guests to relax. Typical for the city are mineral thermal baths, salt baths, mud baths and wraps. Baroque tower from 1702 is still preserved and inside ther is the historic baptismal font from 1460.

On the outskirts there is a racetrack, where every year is organized European championship in autocross by the FIA. As the only city in the entire state of Brandenburg in 1990 has also Seelow dairy industry. There is also produced, along with other cheeses, since 1974 blue cheese "Blue Master".
