Ingolstadt is the second largest city on the River Danube. Municipal District Ingolstadt is in the federal state of Bavaria. The city has two universities, and is focused especially on production. There is car factory Audi for example. It is also a major pipeline junction. Ingolstadt has 13 museums. The largest and oldest museum in the city is The Bavarian Army Museum with a collection of weapons, equipment, uniforms, flags and medals.
