All guests should call the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation 48 hours prior to arrival in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. There is also a reception service available from 7:00 to 03:00 at street Muntaner, 60. A one-off general cleaning of the apartment is included for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of EUR 45. Please note that the kitchen must be left in a clean state on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. An additional EUR 25 will be charged in the event that this is not done. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment by credit card must be made on the date of booking. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment.
