Key collection takes place at the offices of Villas Axarquia. Office opening hours from November to March: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30. Office opening hours from April to October: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:30. For arrivals outside office opening hours, check-in and key collection takes place at Hotel Jimesol, Calle Chaparril 16. If you expect to arrive outside office opening hours, please inform Villas Axarquia in advance. Please note that any extra baby cots must be requested in advance, using the Comments Box during the booking process. Towels and bed linen are included in the room rate. Cleaning service & change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days and is included in the room rate. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 50 is required for pets under 2 kg and a security deposit of EUR 100 is required for pets over 2 kg.
