Information about Playa Golf Villas

This elegant complex has an outdoor swimming pool. The Playa Golf Resort is just outside the Campoamor and Vilamartín Golf Courses. The Playa Golf Villas are located within a 15-minute drive of various beaches on the Costa Blanca. Alicante Airport is around 45 minutes away by car, while Murcia San Javier Airport is 30 minutes away. Playa Golf Villas are in a quiet area and are accessed by a private gate. There is a garden and a pleasant patio area. All villas have a private balcony, air conditioning and a TV. Family and non-smoking villas are available. Free public parking can be found nearby. There are also many shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk.

Guests arriving from 21:00 until 09:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25, payable locally on arrival. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 6 people including children. If the guests wish to bring 1 or 2 more people, they must confirm availability with management and pay for additional beds/linen. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
