Quick description

Suaces Apartments are located on Ris Beach, in the Cantabrian town of Noja. They have a seasonal outdoor pool and there are parking facilities nearby. Free WiFi is available. Important information

This property is not recommended for groups of young people. Please note that the security deposit is per apartment. Please note that parking is not free during the summer months. Special rates are available for long stays during July and August. Guests will be given a parking ticket at reception, which allows them to park for free in the area beside the apartments, subject to availability. Please note that there is no daily cleaning included. Apartments are cleaned before guests arrive and it is the guests´ responsibility to clean them during the stay. The establishment respects quietness from 22:00 to 09:00. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided after 7 days. Please note, the maximum capacity of each apartment cannot be exceeded with children or babies. If you are travelling with children, please contact the property in advance. Cots for children of 2 years or younger are available on request for EUR 5 per day. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
