Information about Casa Martina

Casa Martina is a newly built apartment and a stone's throw away from the popular beach of Cala Tarida. In Cala Tarida you can also find supermarkets, small shops and several good restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment is on the second (and top) floor of a small apartment building (no elevator). From the spacious terrace and from the roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The large pool is shared with other guests, but the owner has private sun loungers by the pool provided. You enter the apartment through the hallway which gives access to the spacious living room with comfortable seating and dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is one bedroom with a triple bunk bed and one with two single beds. These share a nice bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. At the end of the hall you will find the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Also from this bedroom has sea view. The whole apartment is air conditioned.

Please notice that there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity and Heating. There are some facilities on the property that might require extra costs. A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
