Gelting is a municipality in the district Schleswig-Flensburg in federal country Schleswig-Holstein. It is the gateway to the conservation area Geltinger Birk and lies on the edge of the beach Flensburger Förde.
SightsChurch of St. Catherine of Alexandria was built and consecrated in 1300 and rebuilt in 1793 in neoclassical style. Mühle Charlotte - the mill built in the Gut Gelting and since 1826 served for control water flow and for grinding the grain. Today it serves as a recreational facility.
