Cölbe is a municipality in the district Marburg-Biedenkopf in Hessen in Germany. The municipality of Cölbe lies on the southern edge of the Burgwaldes (forest), part of the West Hessian Mountain country. Cölbe bordered on the northwest with the city Wetter, on the northeast with the city Rauschenberg, in the east with the Kirchhain, on the south with the town Marburg, and in the west with the community Lahntal (all in the district of Marburg-Biedenkopf).
