Friedberg is a town in the district Wetteraukreis in the federal country of Hesse. The city is situated at the confluence of the Usa and Wetter rivers. In the preserved city you can see its rich past.

Popular attractions include the former Imperial Castle, the Gothic church and a medieval mikveh (Jewish bath). Wetterau museum in Friedberg shows in cultural and historical exhibits and archaeological finds from Friedberg and Wetterau.
