Oybin is a municipality in the district Görlitz, in the southeast on the border of Saxony with the Czech Republic. The town is the terminus of the steam-powered Zittau narrow gauge railway and is situated at the foot of the mountain Oybin in a valley of the Zittau mountains. In the surrounding - mountains Hochwald, Töpfer (the Potter), Ameisenberg (the Ant Hill), Brandhöhe (the Fire Height) and Scharfstein (the Sharp Stone).

Görlitz is the most eastern town in Germany and the district town of the district Görlitz. Berzdorfer Lake is a lake near the town of Görlitz. It´s situated in the eastern part of Germany, near the border to Poland and the Czech Republic.
GörlitzGörlitz suffered almost no damage during the Second World War and has a number of protected historical, buildings and it is one of the best preserved old towns in Europe. It is the city with the most separately protected monuments in Germany. The house of the executioner- Finstetor- is located by the old town wall in the suburb of St. Nicholas. It is the only fully-preserved half-timbered house in the town. Already in the years 1234-1245 the Church of the Holy Trinity was built at the gates of the town.
Weather Görlitz ParkNatural Park of the town offers visitors a walk and explore more than 500 live animals like red panda, otters, or yaks. With its five acres of land area is one of the smallest zoos in Germany.
