With some apartments featuring impressive views across central London, the apartments are a 15-minute walk from Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe. Borough Underground Station is just a 3-minute walk away.

Please note the apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards on arrival at least GBP 200. Reservations made for weekend days may be pre-authorised up to GBP 500. As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Marlin Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in. Please note that Marlin Empire Square operates a strict no party policy. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There is an option for guests to upgrade to superfast 100Mb broadband during their stay, as well as booking additional services such as in-room spa treatments, and a breakfast/pre-prepared 3-course evening meal in advance of your stay. Failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled.
