Giant Ferris wheel in London

London Eye is the giant Ferris wheel in the world (altitude 135 m).
Observation wheel carries 32 air-conditioned cabins for passengers and rotates at a speed of approximately 0.9 km/hr. It stands on the southern banks of the River Thames between Westminster Bridge and Hungerford Bridge.
The round was officially erected in 1999 and became a prominent feature of the city and very popular tourist attraction.
