Information about Résidence Mer & Golf Port Argelès

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the marina, the Residence Mer et Golf Port Argelès is 300 metres from the beach and in the vicinity of the Pyrenees Mountains. It offers an outdoor pool with a furnished terrace. Each room is decorated in a Catalan style and has a balcony with port or mountain views. They have a fully equipped kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. A continental breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room for an additional charge. Other facilities include a children’s playground, library and a games room. Guests can play boules on site. Shops and restaurants can be found within 50 metres from the property. Free private parking is provided. It is a 22-minute drive from Perpignan and 30 minutes to the boarder of Spain. WiFi is available at an extra cost.

For stays for 7 nights or more, bed linen is provided. Towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site. Guests can check in from 17:00 and should check out before 10:00 on the day of departure. For stays less than 7 nights, beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided and final cleaning (except kitchenette and dishes) is included. Guests can check in from 15:00 and should check out before 11:00 on the day of departure. Please note that a baby cot can be accommodated but the baby is considered as 1 person within the maximum occupancy of the Studio or Apartment. City tax is not included in room rates. Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg is available on request at an extra cost.
