Providing free access to the solarium, 2 swimming pools and children's playground, this residence is ideally situated in the heart in a 7-hectare park in Omaha Beach Golf Course. It is also 4 km from the town centre and harbour. The sandy beach Omaha Beach is 9 km away. The Résidence Pierre & Vacances Green Beach is made up of apartments and houses, each with a balcony or terrace with a view of the golf course. Wi-Fi access is available and guests can borrow board games on site. Guests can prepare their own meals at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Green Beach. Studios and apartments include a kitchen with an oven, a fridge and induction hobs. Baked goods can be delivered every morning at an extra charge if you reserve 24 hours in advance. Reception opening times from the 08/05/2016 to the 13/11/2016 : Sunday to Friday from 8.30 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 8 pm. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees). A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the damages deposit must be paid by cheque or credit card. Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00). The heated, outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at an extra cost. The kit includes 1 cot, 1 high chair, a pushchair and a changing mat and is subject to availability. The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Please note that accommodation for guests with reduced mobility is available on request but must be confirmed by the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
