The Appart'city Rennes Saint-Grégoire is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute bus ride from central Rennes. It offers furnished, en suite apartments with kitchenettes. It is situated on the edge of the river Ille where guests can hike and go for a run. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV and the kitchenettes are fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and cooking facilities. The Appart'city Rennes Saint-Grégoire provides a cleaning service and there is also a laundry room. The residence is easily accessible from the N136 and N137 motorways and parking is available on-site.

For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 5 fee applies. Reception opening hours: The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
