Information about Location d'appartements - La Résidence

La Résidence is located in the Alpine resort of La Clusaz, facing the ski slopes. It offers self-catered apartments and studios with free WiFi and a balcony in each. Guests of La Résidence can enjoy hiking and climbing nearby. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Each of the Résidence’s apartments and studios has a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with a fridge, cooker and electric hobs. There is also a seating area in each. Guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and numerous outdoor activities in summer. The A 40 motorway is a 30 minute drive away. Private parking is included.

Please note that the reception of the property is closed from 1 September until 15 December and from 1 May to 30 June. During these times, key collection takes place at the following address: 516 Route des Grandes Alpes, 74220 La Clusaz. Reception opening hours: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: from 16:00 until 19:00. - Closed on Wednesday and Sunday. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance. from 1 September until 15 December and from 1 May to 30 June, guests have free access to the Spa and Wellness Centre of Hôtel Beauregard located 650 metres away. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 20 to EUR 60 according to the type of accommodation is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bed linen is provided.
