Pierre & Vacances L'Ours Blanc sits in the resort of l’Alpe d’Huez in Isère, 300 meters away from the ski-lifts and offers views over the valley or the Oisans Mountains. All of the apartments at L’Ours Blanc have a kitchen (2 or 4 electric hotplates, refrigerator, mini-oven, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker), a private bathroom and a private balcony. The apartments can accommodate up to 7 people. The entire residence is serviced by a lift and there is ski and luggage storage free of charge. During winter months, there is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception. Pierre & Vacances L'Ours Blanc is just 10 metres from a ski rental shop and the resort’s Arcade of bars and restaurants is within a short walk. During summer months, guests staying for more than 1 week will have free access to the swimming pools and will receive a free leisure pass, giving access to several activities.

A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. Reception opening hours in summer months: Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Friday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 22h00. Reception opening hours in winter months (from 2 December 2016 to 09 April 2017): Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge. For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat.
