Information about Penzion Kristian

Penzion Kristian is situated in a renovated farmhouse, in the iconic traditional village of Liptovský Ján, in the Žilina region. It offers a small wellness and a restaurant with a fireplace. Most of the room is located in a renovated rustic barn. A private bathroom with a shower or a bath tub, heating, a TV and WiFi connection are standard in each room. Since September 2014 each room features a solid wooden bed with the orthopedic mattresses. Guests can enjoy mostly a traditional Slovak cuisine in the on-site restaurant and in the summer, barbecue facilities are available for use on the garden terrace. You can also relax in a cosy foyer or enjoy a glass of a drafted Pilsner Urquell, coffee, a cup of local herbal tea or a small snack from the bar. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, herbal steam bath and a refreshing pool with an ice-cold water. The Liptov Region Card including many discounts is offered for the stays longer than 2 nights. Free ski bus runs between Liptovský Ján and the Jasná – Chopok Ski Area. The Kaďa Thermal Stream is situated 300 metres away and can be enjoyed free of charge. Free WiFi is available in the entire property.
