In the hamlet Staad 5 km from the centre of Düdingen, 10 km from the centre of Fribourg, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. The apartment will provide you with TV, balcony and CD player.There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. For shared use: lawn sunning area. Uneven, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking is avaialble by the house. The nearest shop is situated 3 km. from the propety, grocers 3 km., restaurant 3 km., bakers 3 km., railway station "Düdingen" 5.5 km., bathing lake is 50 metres away from the house. Please note: car is essential.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
