Information about Koyuan Holiday Rentals

Built over 100-years ago during the Taisho era, Gion Koyuan offers a 2-storey Japanese-style Machiya Townhouse with a traditional private garden, a kitchen and a living room area. The townhouse is located in the Gion district and is a 5-minute walk from Yasaka Shrine. Gion Shijo Subway Station is a 10-minute walk away and free wired internet access is available. The townhouse comes with a bedroom with tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Guests can make their own meals in the kitchen, which comes with a fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Kitchenware is provided and laptop rentals, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities are available as well. Toothbrush sets and a bathtub are provided in the en suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy the traditional garden from the living room windows. Koyuan Gion is a 10-minute walk from Kawaramachi Train Station and a 15-minute walk from Kiyomizu Shrine. JR Kyoto Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. No meals are served.

After the reservation has been confirmed, guests will receive an email with the code for the townhouse's electronic lock, the management company's phone number, along with the address and map for the management company’s ‘Check-in Desk’. You can complete your check-in procedure at the ‘Machiya Residence Inn Check-in Desk’, which is located a 3-minute walk from Kyoto Station. For further questions or concerns, please contact the management company directly. The total price of the booking will be charged on the day of booking. If guests cancel the booking, part of the charged fee will be refunded in accordance with the property's cancellation policy. Please contact the property in advance if guests wish to use a baby cot.
