A washing machine is provided, as is a telephone, but for incoming calls only. Calls my be made with a France Telecom card. A maximum 1 pet/ dog is allowed. It has a swimming pool, a terrace with garden furniture and barbeque facilities. A garage is part of the accommodation. Grocers, restaurant are 900 metres from this property, riding stables are 500 metres away and the Spanish border is just a 15-minute drive. The lake at Saint-tPee-sur-Nivelle gives the opportunity for windsurfing and swimming. Car is necessary.
