The villa consists of three floors. It is very attractive and luxuriously furnished. There is a modern kitchen with a cooking island and an abundance of built-in equipment. The spacious living room has a grand piano and a conservatory. The conservatory is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by a south-facing garden. You can enjoy skiing in a number of nearby ski-areas. These include Hoch-Imst. Ötztal. Pitztal and Serfaus. They are all easily reached by car.
