The new kitchen has all the built-in equipment you could wish for. The lifts to the Spieljochbahn ski-area are 600 metres away. You ll find cross-country skiing 200 metres away. The free ski-bus to the Hochfügen and Hochzillertal ski-areas stops at the front door.
