Please note that a EUR 38 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. A security deposit of EUR 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
