A late check-in after 00.00 can be arranged for an additional fee. All guests are required to settle all outstanding balances the evening before they leave. The hotel provides a 24/7 reception allowing guests to pay all their outstanding charges. If balances are not settled prior to leaving the hotel they will be settled using the guest's valid credit card left for deposit. The Kelvin operate a strict no smoking policy. If a guest smokes in their room or hotel areas, there will be a charge of GBP 250 made to their credit/debit card in order to clean the rooms. The Kelvin Hotel are able to hold a guest's luggage at the hotel until 17:00 on the day of checkout free of charge.
