This lovely, Tudor styled guest house is situated on Skegness’s North shore, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. It features a brightly furnished, fire-lit lounge and light, cosy rooms. All of the rooms at The Sunningdale feature a TV and private bathroom facilities, with toiletries. Guests can make use of tea/coffee-making facilities while some rooms also include lovely four-poster beds. Cooked, full English breakfasts are served each day in the light and warmly furnished dining room, with its traditional Tudor beams. Guests can relax in one of The Sunningdale’s two lounges, which feature a TV and reading material. Skegness’s centre, with its range of shops, amusements, and nightlife, is a 10-minute walk away. Limited free parking is possible on site but not guaranteed.

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to the card provided on the day on arrival. Bookings are not accepted for same-sex groups of 3 or more persons. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person/persons considered of detriment to other hotel guests or to the hotel premises. The accommodation should not be occupied by more persons than stated on the booking confirmation. The management will not be held responsible for valuables left on the premises. Car parking is at owners risk. Please note that the property only accepts children aged 5 years and above. The use of travel cots for babies in any room is not accepted.
