Lancaster Lodge does not accept bookings from stag/hen parties. You cannot make a cash payment without providing valid photo ID. Upon arrival the Lancaster Lodge will pre-authorise a credit or debit card for the total amount of the stay. If you decide to use a different card for payment on departure, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for the pre-authorisation amount to be released. This period varies between banks. If you check in after 19:00 the card you provided to make your booking with will be pre-authorised to secure your room. Breakfast is served every day from 07:30 to 10:00. If you wish for Lancaster Lodge to use the credit card you provided to secure the reservation to be charged for your entire stay, you must request this at least 48 hours in advance of your stay so that you may provide Lancaster Lodge with the authorisation necessary. Please inform Lancaster Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time.
