Résidence Mer et Golf Eugénie is set in a 2-hectare garden and overlooks Marbella beach located just 300 metres away. It is a 3-minute drive from Biarritz town centre and offers an outdoor swimming pool. WiFi access is free in the reception area. The studios and apartments at Résidence Mer et Golf Eugénie are contemporary in style and offer a private balcony or patio. Each has a TV and some have views of the sea. Beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided. Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site. For every stay of 1 to 6 nights, cleaning at the end of the stay is also included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). City tax is not included in room rates. Reception opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 In July and August reception is open: From Monday to Friday and Sunday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00 For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodation before 10:00 on the day of departure. For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodation at 11:00 on the day of departure. For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit by cheque or credit card will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that free shuttle to city centre is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.
