Information about Hotel Le Festival

Hotel Le Festival is located in central Cannes, 100 metres from the Boulevard de la Croisette and the beaches. Guests have free access to the sauna and hot tub. The property is non-smoking throughout. The soundproofed guest rooms have free WiFi access and are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each room is air-conditioned and has a private Italian-marble bathroom. The luxury boutiques of Rue d’Antibes are just 20 metres away from Le Festival. The Cannes SNCF Train Station and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès are less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Please note that the spa is open from 14:00 to 19:30. Guests under the age of 18 years old and pregnant women are not permitted to access the spa. Guests can check in until 21:00. The hotel can not guarantee you a room after 21:00. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please contact the hotel in advance. Please note that guests must check-out before 11:00. Check-out after 11:00 is not possible. Please note that guests must pay the full amount of the reservation upon arrival. Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their parents. For reservations of 3 rooms or more, a non-refundable prepayment of 30% of the total amount of your stay is required. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in the rooms. If the guests smoke in the rooms, an extra fee will be charged. Upon check-in, guests are required to show an ID card or passport as well as the credit card used for the reservation. Please note that the name on the credit card and the photo ID must match the name on the reservation. Please note that only the guests can access the room. Please note that only small dogs are accepted. It is prohibited to leave the dogs alone in the room. In case of deterioration due to the dog, an extra fee will be charged. Please note that baby cots are upon request and subject to availability. A security deposit of EUR 120, payable only by credit card, is required upon arrival for incidental damages. This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests who do not provide this security deposit will not be able to check in. Their reservation will be cancelled and will not be refunded.
