Information about Domaine De Sainte-Marguerite

The Domaine is set in a 2.5-hectare garden with heated covered pool. Located in a quiet area in Pornichet, it offers spacious contemporary-style villas, just 300 meters from Sainte-Marguerite beach. The villas each feature a private garage, a terrace with barbecue facilities, and a large private garden. The living rooms are equipped with a desk, flat screen TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi access and a fireplace. All of the accommodation at the Domaine De Sainte-Marguerite also have a kitchen, with an American bar, a refrigerator, a microwave and hotplates. Breakfast is provided and can be served in the villas. Laundry facilities are also available, along with linen and towels. The reception offers local tourist information, and bicycle rental is possible during the high season.

If you plan to arrive outside these opening hours, please contact the residence in order to obtain the access code. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For stays of 1 week or more: a EUR 65 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bed linen can be changed during the stay upon request and at an extra cost. Additional towels can also be provided with an extra cost. Please note that only 1 pet per reservation can be accommodated for free. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
