Information about Residence Villa Carmen

Villa Carmen offers self-catering accommodation on the Ligurian Riviera, between Loano and Pietra Ligure. Each apartment features a furnished balcony with views of the garden or the sea. The apartments are simply yet elegantly furnished, with tiled or parquet floors, and minimalist furniture. They offer free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. All apartments have soundproof windows. Residence Villa Carmen is just 50 metres from the seaside and adjacent the railway line. You just need to cross the railway through the underground passage.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Residence Villa Carmen in advance. Please note the garage has a low ceiling and is not suitable for high vehicles. Parking is subject to availability. Please note that air conditioning comes at a surcharge. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
