Information about Hotel Villa Eden

With a quiet location halfway between the towns of Sottoguda and Rocca Pietore, the family-run Hotel Villa Eden offers a free wellness centre and a large garden with sun terrace. Rooms at Villa Eden are decorated with wooden furniture and all have a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Some have a balcony. Your day at the Villa Eden Hotel begins with a large buffet breakfast. For lunch and dinner you have the choice of a café, cosy tavern with fireplace and an Italian restaurant that is also open to the public. Guests can enjoy the wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area with herbal teas. Massages can be booked on request. There is also a heated store room for bikes and skis. During winter a free ski bus connects you to the Alleghe and Malga Ciapela ski areas, 10 minutes' drive away, which are connected to Dolomiti Superski. Parking is free and buses to Belluno Train Station stop right in front of the hotel.

During low season the restaurant could also be closed. Guests can contact the hotel to inquire. Please note that the whirlpools in the spa are available at an additional cost. The spa is open from 16:00 until 19:00. If you intend to have dinner at the restaurant, you need to book by 16:00 of the same day. Please note that the property is located in the new Via Marmolada 10. Some maps still show the old address, which is Via Col di Rocca 57. Please also try to type the latter when using a GPS system. In April, May, and from 01 September until 30 November the wellness centre could be closed. Guests can contact the hotel to inquire.
