Behind a historic façade in the centre of Golling, 25 km south of Salzburg, the family-run 4-star Genießerhotel Döllerer features an award-winning gourmet restaurant and a spa area. The restaurant was awarded 3 toques by the Gault Millau guide. Chef Andreas Döllerer serves a combination of international dishes and local classics made from regional products. The Felsenalm fitness and spa area features a bio steam sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, and exercise equipment. The bright and stylish rooms offer free WiFi, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom. They offer views of Golling Castle or the nature reserve. Free private parking is available on site. Golling-Abtenau Train Station is 500 metres away and offers direct connections to Salzburg every 30 minutes.

Please note that the Genießerrestaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday for dinner, and on Saturdays for lunch and dinner. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Wirtshaus is open from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and on Tuesdays for dinner. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Enoteca is closed on Saturday afternoons and on Sundays the whole day. A shuttle service from Salzburg main station or airport can be arranged at a surcharge of EUR 75.
