This family-run, Swiss chalet-style hotel is a 3-minute walk from the Pilatus railway station with the world's steepest cogwheel railway. All rooms at Hotel Rössli offer stunning mountain view, satellite TV and private bathrooms with a hairdryer. Some rooms have balconies and non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Hotel Rössli's restaurant is open from June to August. It features a terrace in the garden and serves a wide selection of meals, all from locally bought products. Breakfast can be pre-ordered at a surcharge and will be delivered to the room the night before. Alternatively, there are a café and a small supermarket nearby. Free bicycle storage and free public parking are available. Within 30 km from Alpnachstad the Rössli there are 6 various ski resorts at guests' disposal.
