Information about NOVI Resort

Opening in April 2017, this elegant property is situated by Gotland’s popular Norderstrand Beach, 1 km from Visby’s UNESCO-listed medieval town centre. It offers free WiFi, an outdoor pool and a large terrace. NOVI Resort’s rooms feature modern décor, designer furniture and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. All options have private patios or balconies with Baltic Sea views. Most have a kitchenette. Guest can hang out by the poolside or eat at NOVI's summer restaurant Grill & Bar between June and August. It offers light dishes, gourmet dining and great sea views. NOVI Resort is a 10-minute walk from Visby’s 13th-century city wall and Almedalen Park. Gotska Golf Course is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Please note that new ownership acquired this hotel in November 2016. The existing reviews are based on the previous hotel, Tott Hotel Visby. The hotel is current under renovation and will reopen in April 2017 as NOVI Hotel. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform NOVI Resort in advance. The reception is open 24 hours from mid-June until mid-August. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. During week 29 (mid July), a deposit is required from guests under the age of 25.
